More Plants with Danish Plant-Based Diplomacy
We aim to inspire, encourage and motivate
Plant-based foods cover a broad and diverse spectrum – from whole, minimally processed ingredients to innovative, future-friendly alternatives. This includes everything from legumes, fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts to algae and mushrooms. They come in many forms: oats or carrots, fermented staples like tofu or tempeh, and more processed items such as pasta or plant-based patties.
With roots in Denmark’s pioneering policy work, we share knowledge, experience, and tools to support a greener and more resilient Europe – one plant at a time.
If Denmark can do it – everyone can do it
